一九六八年出生,江苏南京人。南京大学文学院教授,博士生导师,南京大学文学院院长（曾任外国语学院院长）。

从事俄罗斯文学、中俄文学关系研究和俄罗斯文学翻译。兼任中国高等教育学会外国文学专业委员会副会长、中国比较文学学会理事、中国俄罗斯文学研究会理事、江苏省比较文学学会及江苏省外国文学学会理事等。
