罗伯特 C.塔克（1918-2010）,美国历史学家。生于密苏里州堪萨斯城。他是普林斯顿大学著名的苏联问题专家。他于1944—1953年任美国驻莫斯科大使馆参赞。1958年他获得哈佛大学博士学位,他的博士论文是《卡尔•马克思的哲学与神话》。他所著的约瑟夫•斯大林传记系列被美国斯拉夫研究会作为他最伟大的成就和贡献。他还创造“军事共产主义”（military communism）一词,以区分将政党军事化的共产体制。
