齐心,男,1969年出生,河北省石家庄市人。2005年毕业于北京大学社会学系,获博士学位。曾于2008年受韩国高等教育财团资助赴韩国国立首尔大学做访问学者一年。现为北京市社科院城市问题研究所副所长、研究员。研究方向为城市发展战略、城市网络、城市居住与住房问题。
